Barnstaple Concert Band

Welcome to the Barnstaple Concert Band website. Whether you are looking to enjoy live music in your local area at  one our performances, a beginner or returning musician interesting in joining a local music ensemble in which you can develop your skills and make friends or an existing member of the band checking in on the latest updates, we are here to help.

Barnstaple Concert Band is a windband consisting of woodwind and brass players. Its aim is to play, share and promote the enjoyment of live music. The Band has an extensive repertoire, including popular music, music from films and musicals and standards and performs regularly at a variety of local venues and events. Recent performances include Grosvenor Church Carol Service, The Barnstaple Christmas Light Switch-On and Remembrance Service at Rock Park.

Keen to support and promote music education in the local community, Barnstaple Concert Training Band provides new musicians (young and old) with the opportunity to develop their skills and play along with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
